Suite 01 The Orange Suite

The Orange Suite 01 is the studio of Canadian songwriter/producer Chris Perry. Having produced scores of independent local talent, Perry moved into the major label remixing arena, working with TLC, Edwin, Snow, Our Lady Peace, Jacksoul, and Organized Rhyme. Perry has since become one of the most sought-after writer/producers in the country, having written and produced hit singles for artists such as Keisha Chante, Shawn Desman, Rascalz, In Essence, and Canadian Idols Ryan Malcolm, Kalan Porter, Melissa O'Brien and Rex Goudie. Perry has exploded onto the popular music scene, and is poised to continue redefining the word "success" on the International stage.

Suite 02 The Red Suite
Status: AVAILABLE
The Red Suite 02 is available for monthly, weekly or daily rental. The Suite is approximately 130-square-feet and has a window into the isolation booth that it shares with Producer Suite 01. Weekly or monthly rental of the Suite also includes preferred rates on the Live Room and use of The Pocket's Lounge and Kitchen areas (subject to availability). Suite is leased unfurnished for $60 per day, $350 per week or $1,100 per month, or it can be outfitted with gear for an additional cost.

Suite 03 The Green Suite
Status: LEASED
The Green Suite 03 is headquarters to A.T.O.M Music Inc., a Toronto-based music group headed by producer and sound engineer, Alistair Fernandes. Growing up in different countries, Alistair was exposed to a wide range of music genres, and as a result, he composes and song-writes for an eclectic group of artists from the Rock to the Hip-Hop community. A.T.O.M Music Inc. has licensed its music through various companies with clients including, ABC TV, Spike, E! Entertainment, MTV and several other shows. Along with a team of in-house writers/producers, A.T.O.M aspires to aid Toronto's acts by providing exceptional production and songwriting.

Suite 04 The Yellow Suite
Status: LEASED
The Yellow Suite 04 is the home base for producer/musicians Charlie Balderston and Milos Angelov of Fake Music. Charlie and Milos are just putting the finishing touches on the debut album from their own band, as well as developing other artists.
